KBR resident fined for discrediting Russian Army

The Chegem District Court has fined Khasansh Urusov, a local resident, for his post in a social network.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in March, the Chegem District Court of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) returned to the police an administrative protocol on discrediting the Russian Army against Khasansh Urusov due to identified shortcomings.

Now, Khasansh Urusov has been fined by 30,000 roubles, the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project has reported.
