Tskaev's widow expresses her indignation at Bibilov's criticism of protest in Tskhinvali

A widow of Vladimir Tskaev, who died after an interrogation at the Vladikavkaz ROVD (District Interior Division), wait for an apology from the President of South Ossetia for his statement about a mother of a Vladikavkaz citizen. Anatoly Bibilov compared the stories of Vladimir Tskaev and Inal Djabiev and condemned the behaviour of the latter's mother.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that since December 4, a round-the-clock protest action organized by Djabiev's relatives has been held in central Tskhinvali. They demand the results of the inquiry into Inal's death.

Earlier, South-Ossetian President Anatoly Bibilov shamed relatives of Inal Djabiev for holding a protest action in Tskhinvali. Anatoly Bibilov compared the situation with the Inal Djabiev's death and the story of the death of Vladimir Tskaev after his interrogation at the Vladikavkaz ROVD. "The similar situation took place in Vladikavkaz, but did the poor mother of Vladimir Tskaev come to protest in Vladikavkaz?! To put it frankly, no Ossetian women ever allowed themselves to behave like that," said Anatoly Bibilov as translated from the Ossetian language by the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

The widow of Vladimir Tskaev expressed her indignation at the statement voiced by Anatoly Bibilov. According to the woman, the mother of Vladimir Tskaev did not organize any protest actions after the death of her son, since she herself was not alive.

"I may assure Mr. Bibilov that if Evdokiya Borisovna Djioeva, the Volodya's mother, were alive when (he died), she would have been tearing up and thrashing everything. Every mother is ready to move mountains for her child," said the widow of Vladimir Tskaev as quoted by the "Kavkaz.Post".

The woman has also added that after such words, Anatoly Bibilov should apologize to the relatives and friends of Vladimir Tskaev.
