Chechen village shelled by federal forces

The federal artillery attacked the outskirts of the village of Serzhen-Yurt, Chechnya's Shali district, at about 4 p.m. on May 22. Shell fragments damaged roofs of several houses. No reports on victims among civilians have been received.
