3 policemen injured in terrorist act in Chechnya

Three policemen were injured in the terrorist act which was staged in Chechnya's Sunzha district on April 16, reports the Chechen interior ministry.

When an UAZ car with members of the Russian interior ministry's mobile detachment for Chechnya was moving near the village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya, an improvised radio controlled bomb went off.

The injured policemen were rendered medical aid, and they are in a satisfactory condition.

Investigation is under way.
