Armenia is not ready to start negotiations for Nagorny Karabakh from scratch

Armenia is not ready and not inclined to start negations for Nagorny Karabakh with Azerbaijan from scratch. President of Armenia Robert Kocharian announced it on February 18, commenting in his interview with leading national TV channels on official Baku's statement about its intention to start negotiating the Karabakh settlement from the very beginning.

"We have been working for many years to form a certain field for the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and I am not going to throw all this work into the water," stressed the President of Armenia.

At the same time, Robert Kocharian is optimistic about the future of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution.
