COVID-19 epidemic amends memory events of Markelov and Baburova
A commemoration of the lawyer, Stanislav Markelov, and the journalist, Anastasia Baburova, was held in Moscow. Authorities refused to sanction a traditional march; and those wishing to honour the memory of Markelov and Baburova laid flowers at the venue of their murder in Prechistenka Street.

After Navalny's arrest, FBK issues inquiry into Putin's palace in Gelendjik
The Anti-Corruption Foundation (headed by Alexei Navalny and known under the Russian abbreviation of FBK) has issued an investigatory film about Putin's palace near the city of Gelendjik in the Krasnodar Territory, the largest private house in Russia, which is being built for the money of state-owned companies. The total area of the palace is over 17,000 square meters; a land plot of 7000 hectares is adjacent thereto; this area could house 39 Monaco principalities, says Alexei Navalny.

Idea to create a Moscow centre for teaching native languages supported in North Caucasus
The study of native languages in Moscow schools is being hampered by the lack of teachers and the specifics of the school group formation, members of the Moscow ethnic communities say. The activists proposed Mayor Sergey Sobyanin to organize distance learning in native languages and create a Centre for the Study of Languages of the Peoples of Russia.
