Court commutes sentence of law enforcers for beating Derbent resident Temirkhan Amakhanov
The Supreme Court (SC) of Dagestan has commuted the sentence of former policemen Gasan Adalov and Magomed Yunusov in the case on beating Derbent resident Temirkhan Amakhanov. The punishment has been reduced from four to three years of imprisonment in a penal colony.

Families of those killed by militants receive help from Suleiman Kerimov
The families of 21 people who perished during the militant attacks’ in Dagestan received 5 million roubles each from businessman Suleiman Kerimov.
