State Duma treats request for investigation into Boris Nemtsov's murder as informal
The appeal made by MP Dmitry Gudkov with a request to initiate a parliamentary investigation into the murder of Boris Nemtsov cannot be considered an official request, since signatures of 90 MPs were not collected. This was stated by the Duma Committee on Constitutional Law and State Construction.

Investigators decide not to interrogate Ramzan Kadyrov in Nemtsov's murder case

Ingush authorities pardon 80 militants during four years
