Governor of Kuban declares war on illegal migrants and promises to win

Aleksandr Tkachyov, the governor of the Krasnodar region, held a selector meeting with the heads of regional and local bodies of the Interior Ministry and the heads of municipal areas. As a spokesman of the Krasnodar Territory Administration reported, the governor said at the meeting: "We must declare war on illegal migrants. They arrive not to create, but to kill and violate. All the personnel of the Interior Ministry's organs must be under arms. We must deport uninvited guests, for that all the Interior Ministry's bodies and public should be involved. We will pursue them until they leave, no matter where. We must break a backbone to everybody who came with trouble. The war will be cruel, but we win it. Bandits have no nationality. We do not fight nationalities, but illegal migrants. I declare war on them."
