Eight fighters from Dagestan were killed in the military operation.

In the Derbent district, awards were handed over to the relatives of eight killed in combat actions in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the military operation, at least 2136 fighters from Dagestan have been officially recognized as killed in it.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", by September 29, at least 2128 fighters from Dagestan had been officially recognized as killed in the military operation in Ukraine.

The head of the Derbent district and the deputy military commissioner handed over awards to the relatives of eight servicemen killed in the military operation, the district administration reported today on its Telegram channel.

The publication names the killed as Lieutenant Abdi Pirmagomedov from the village of Aglobi, Sergeants Elkhan Mekhtiev (village of Nyugdi) and Aslan Mankuliev (settlement of Belidji), Junior Sergeants Ilyas Alirzaev (village of Muzaim) and Teymur Mallakurbanov (village of Gedzhukh), as well as Privates Timur Yagubov (village of Gedzhukh), Khalilbek Khalilbekov (village of Muzaim), and Azer Agashov (village of Nyugdi).

Thus, at least 2136 fighters from Dagestan have been officially recognized as killed in the military operation.
