A member of the election commission in Apsheronsk complained about pressure after the elections.

In Apsheronsk, member of the election commission Vladimir Kozorog stated that he might lose his powers after refusing to recognize the results of the State Duma elections in the district, voting against the final protocol and issuing a dissenting opinion.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", voting took place in Kuban on September 18, 19, and 20. The main elections were for deputies of the State Duma, and municipal elections were held simultaneously. On September 26, members of four election commissions in the Prikuban district of Krasnodar doubted the results of the remote voting, pointing out in dissenting opinions the abnormally high turnout and speed of voting.

Members of the territorial election commission (TEC) "Apsheronsk" were notified of an emergency meeting scheduled for September 30 at 17:00 Moscow time, reported on September 29 in his Telegram channel member of this TEC Vladimir Kozorog.

In the screenshot of the meeting agenda published by Kozorog, the second item states "appeal to the court with an administrative claim to recognize member of the territorial election commission Apsheronsk with the right to vote Kozorog V.V. as systematically failing to perform his duties." The first item lists the registration of the elected head of the Mezmay rural settlement.

Another published screenshot shows correspondence in the chat of the TEC "Apsheronsk". In the message, participants are asked to confirm their ability to attend the meeting on September 30 at 17:00, with an image of the same agenda attached to the message.

Kozorog disagreed with the framing of the issue and linked it to his position in the State Duma elections. According to him, as a member of the TEC with the right to vote from the Communist Party, he did not recognize the results of the voting in the Apsheronsk district, voted against the approval of the final protocol, and issued a dissenting opinion. During the elections, he also pointed out violations of the law during the voting process.

Kozorog appealed to the chairperson of the Central Election Commission Ella Pamfilova and the chairperson of the Krasnodar Krai election commission Alexey Chernenko, calling the possible deprivation of his powers a reprisal for revealing violations.

"I, Kozorog Vladimir Vladimirovich (member of the PRG TEC "Apsheronsk" from the Communist Party), revealed violations in the elections for deputies of the State Duma in the Apsheronsk district of Kuban. A week after the elections, they decided to take revenge on me, retroactively recalling that I allegedly systematically failed to perform my duties. At the same time, the draft decision on the appeal to the court is not provided to me. It seems that the electoral system of Kuban sees the problem not in the violations of the Law itself, but in the few Kuban residents who reveal these problems in Krasnodar Krai and bring them to light," Kozorog wrote in his Telegram channel.

As of 09:00 Moscow time on September 30, there were no comments regarding Vladimir Kozorog's complaint on the official portal of the election commissions of Krasnodar Krai, nor on the CEC website.
