Members of the election commission in Kuban found the results obtained during off-site voting questionable.

In all four election commissions operating in the territory of the Prikuban district of Krasnodar, special opinions of commission members with decisive votes appeared following the elections. They noted that there were abnormally high turnout and speed recorded during off-site voting.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", during the voting in Kuban, there were reports of disputed situations at polling stations. For instance, on September 20, activist Vitaly Cherkasov complained that at polling station No. 2014 in Krasnodar, observers would have to consider marks in ballots from a distance of about 10 meters. On September 19, observer Ekaterina Burdyukova called the police to the same station after she discovered a tenfold discrepancy between the number of records of early voters in the logs and the data submitted to the election commission.

The documents recorded complaints about the handling of voter lists, off-site voting, safe packages, video surveillance, placement of observers, issuance of acts, and reflection of turnout, writes the Telegram channel "Kubizbirkom".

For instance, one of the "special opinions" states that there was an abnormally high turnout during off-site voting. At precinct 6418, 120 applications were submitted, and all 120 people voted; at precinct 6424 — 89, and all also voted. At the same time, in general, in the election commission, it took only 3 minutes and 46 seconds for each person who voted off-site. The author also noted that there were multiple violations in the voter lists — absence from the lists, names of already deceased individuals, etc.

"I believe that conducting elections over three days instead of a single voting day, as well as three days before and after voting, cannot ensure control and conduct elections fairly and summarize their results," he stated.

Another commission member in his "special opinion" also noted that the results obtained during off-site voting were the most questionable. "At precinct 6328, according to the acts, 100 voters voted in 188 minutes," he pointed out.
