The LDPR entered the parliament of Chechnya for the first time.

For the first time in history, the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia entered the parliament of Chechnya, where it received two seats as a result of the elections.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", in the elections for the head of Chechnya, 99.85% of votes were cast for Ramzan Kadyrov, while his opponents Ismail Denilkhanov and Khalid Nakaev received 0.05% each, the Central Election Commission reported after processing 100% of the ballots. This result became Kadyrov's record.

The Chechen election commission approved the results of the voting in the elections on September 20. Voter turnout was 95.19%, according to a message published on September 21 on the Telegram channel of the Election Commission.

In the single-member electoral district "Chechen single-member electoral district No. 41", Adam Delimkhanov was elected to the State Duma, receiving 95.21% of the votes (791,928 votes). In the federal electoral district, turnout was 95.1% (835,278 voters). 92.99% of voters (776,760 people) voted for "United Russia", 4.01% (33,466) for the LDPR, 0.08% (657) for the "Party of Direct Democracy", 0.06% (490) for the "Russian Ecological Party 'Greens'", 1.51% (805) for "Fair Russia", 0.59% (4,966) for the CPRF, 0.09% (731) for the "Communists of Russia", and 0.41% (3,389) for "New People".

The LDPR entered the distribution of deputy mandates for the first time as a result of the elections to the parliament of Chechnya and received two seats there, reported on September 21 the chairman of the Chechen Election Commission, Umar Baikhanov, whose words were quoted by "Chechnya Today".

According to Baikhanov, "this is a very positive moment for the party, they have further opportunities to show their work in our republic".

"United Russia" received 35 mandates in the parliament, while two mandates each were also received by "Fair Russia" and the CPRF, in addition to the LDPR.

The list of the LDPR in the elections to the parliament of Chechnya was headed by the former minister of the republic for national policy, external relations, and information, Jambulat Umarov. From 2013 to 2022, the regional branch of the party in the republic was inactive, having self-dissolved after the call of the former party leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky to fence off the North Caucasus with barbed wire and introduce fines for the third child in the republics. In 2022, after Zhirinovsky's death, the regional branch reopened, according to "Vedomosti".

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that during the elections in the southern regions of Russia, there were reports of violations and pressure on voters. On September 21, electoral analyst Ivan Shukshin (listed by the Ministry of Justice as a foreign agent) stated that the turnout data in a number of regions of the North Caucasus showed signs of fabrication. In particular, he pointed to the unnatural distribution of indicators in Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, the Stavropol Territory, and Chechnya.
