Kadyrov's nephew received the assets of the American holding Aptar for management.

Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the transfer of Russian assets of the American manufacturer of plastic tableware and packaging Aptar to the temporary management of Yakub Zakriyev's company.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", the nephew of the head of Chechnya, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture of the Republic Yakub (Ibrahim) Zakriyev became the CEO of JSC "Danone Russia" after Vladimir Putin transferred the share of "Danone Russia" owned by a foreign company to the temporary management of Rosimushchestvo. Zakriyev also headed a key subsidiary of Danone in Russia - "Danone Trade".

Putin's decree, published on the Russian legal acts portal, transfers 100% of the shares in the authorized capital of LLC “Aptar Vladimir” to the temporary management of JSC “H and N” (Health & Nutrition, formerly "Danone Russia"), operating under the brand “Logic of Milk”. The document comes into force on the day of signing.

The company “Aptar Vladimir”, registered in 2003, produces plastic products for packaging goods, with its revenue in 2025 amounting to 1.7 billion rubles and a net profit of 537 million rubles. In 2021, the company's revenue reached a peak of 2.3 billion rubles, RTVI reports.

The American holding Aptar is a major manufacturer of plastic tableware and medical systems for dosing and administering medications. The transfer of its Russian assets to Zakriyev's structures became possible after Putin's permission to seize enterprises from “economic entities” that did not take or “untimely” took measures to ensure safety, notes “Mediazona” (included in the Russian register of foreign agents).

“Caucasian Knot” also reported that in April, the Prime Minister of Serbia ordered to grant citizenship of this country to Yakub Zakriyev “in the interests of the republic.” Five days later, after critical media publications, the decision to grant Yakub Zakriyev Serbian citizenship was annulled citing a possible “security threat”.
