Ingush drivers complained about queues at gas stations and high gasoline prices.

At gas stations in Ingushetia, gasoline is sold without queues at a price of up to 120 rubles per liter, while motorists have to wait for hours in line for cheaper fuel, drivers reported. They also noted that the fuel shortage is not present at all gas stations, but the ability to refuel without waiting often means a significantly higher price.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on June 27, social media users complained about rising prices and the lack of gasoline at some gas stations in Ingushetia. At some gas stations, there were restrictions on fuel dispensing, and at one network, gasoline was sold by coupons.

In Ingushetia, the problem with queues at gas stations has worsened. Thus, on the evening of September 6, a queue of dozens of cars formed at the "Rosneft" gas station on the exit from Magas, "Fortanga" reported on its Telegram channel on September 7.

"People waited for hours for their turn – some got out of their cars, some turned off their engines to save the remaining fuel. Despite the tension, order is maintained: no conflicts or other incidents have been recorded," the publication stated.

On September 7, the Instagram*-public news_ingushetii, which has about 315 thousand followers, also published a message about the worsening situation with gasoline. By 15:00 MSK on September 8, this post had received 136 likes and 159 comments.

Drivers confirmed that gasoline can be found without queues, but at a significantly higher price. "At 'Avtosila', there is always gasoline without any kilometer-long queues, the price is about 105 rubles. I often refuel there rather than wait like this," wrote ice__1111.

"At the crossing in Karabulak, we refueled without a queue, but the 92-octane costs 120 rubles per liter," noted hadishat1989.

Other users criticized the fuel situation and the lack of what they believe is proper oversight. "Where is the authority that controls? There is no authority, even if the price is a thousand rubles per liter," stated sssag_o.

"It's mockery of the people," exclaimed user dlet4956.

"Please tell me, why don't these gas stations operate during the day? Do we have to wait in line at night?" wrote 002__kartoev.

As of 15:00 MSK on September 8, there were no comments on the Ingushetia government website regarding motorists' complaints about queues at gas stations and high gasoline prices.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that last summer, queues for cheaper gasoline and high prices at private gas stations were noted in other regions of the North Caucasus. On July 24, residents of North Ossetia reported ongoing queues at gas stations with inexpensive fuel. On August 25, drivers in Kabardino-Balkaria complained about long queues and high gasoline prices.
