The condition of drone shelters in Krasnodar has given rise to criticism of management companies.

A resident of Krasnodar filmed a video in which she criticized the equipment of a drone shelter set up by the management company in the basement of her building. Other Krasnodar residents, commenting on this video in Telegram, reported that some other buildings do not have such facilities at all, or the management companies refused to equip them.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", earlier residents of Krasnodar complained that during a drone attack they could not access the basements designated as shelters.

A resident of Krasnodar filmed the basement of her building, which the management company equipped as a shelter from drone attacks. In the footage, several dilapidated chairs are lined up against one wall, and a bottle of water is on the floor against another wall.

As of 07:50 MSK on August 30, this video on the Telegram channel "Tupodar Krasnodar", which has about 56.8 thousand subscribers, garnered about 4.5 thousand views and 33 comments.

Some commentators criticized the equipment of the shown shelter and urged the management company to bring the facility into a more suitable condition. "I think we're talking about chairs that look like they were collected from trash. The walls are still whatever. I'm curious about the cost of the issue, but otherwise, good job," wrote Alla.

"It's dry, bright. You can wait it out. At least this way. But of course, they should be required to improve it," stated Elena Shtefan.

"Someday historians will call this not a shelter, but the greatest monument of domestic engineering thought: "Basement. Chairs. Water. Hope," sarcastically remarked a user NL.

Other residents of Krasnodar commented that their buildings do not have shelters or that the management companies do not consider the existing basement facilities suitable for these purposes. "But we simply don't have one, and neither do the neighboring buildings," noted Yulia.

"We don't have one at all," wrote Tatyana.

"Our management company stated that we don't have a basement – there is no basement, only pits for communications, where there is little room to hide. So it will remain as messy as it was. Although it's unclear why they decide for others where to hide. If serious bombings start, then even the pits will be useful. But no, these [colorful expression] decided everything for us again," wrote Ira Kyznechikova.

As of 07:50 MSK on August 30, there are no comments on the website of the Krasnodar administration regarding citizens' complaints about the condition and absence of shelters.

Recall that on August 20, the authorities of Krasnodar reported that they had obliged management companies to equip shelters in basements and ensure access to them, however, local residents complained about the formal approach to preparing shelters and the unsuitability of some facilities.

On August 9, a resident of Krasnodar complained that during an air raid she could not access the shelter on Simirenko Street with her four children because it was closed.

On May 4, social media users criticized the list of underground facilities published by the authorities of Tuapse, pointing out that some of them are closed or unsuitable for shelter.
