The hotel "Yekaterinodar", which was seized from the family of the former head of the Krasnodar Department of Internal Affairs Alexander Semyonov, is up for auction. The previous attempt to sell it was unsuccessful due to a lack of bids.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", in December last year, the court transferred the property of the former head of the Krasnodar Department of Internal Affairs Alexander Semyonov and his wife Olga Semyonova to the state, including eight land plots and shares in the rights to five plots, nine residential and 13 non-residential properties, shares in the rights to 11 non-residential premises, and 100% shares in the authorized capital of controlled companies. Among the real estate is the hotel "Yekaterinodar".

Rosimushchestvo has put the hotel "Yekaterinodar", previously seized from the family of the former head of the Krasnodar Department of Internal Affairs Alexander Semyonov, up for auction, reports "Interfax".

The lot includes a seven-story hotel building located on Chapayeva Street in Krasnodar, with an area of about 2,700 square meters and a land plot of 660 square meters. The starting price of the property is 427.3 million rubles. The previous auction, announced in mid-August, did not take place due to a lack of bids.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that in August, the cassation court upheld the sentence of Semyonov's son, who was sentenced to 11 years in prison for a fatal traffic accident committed while intoxicated.
