As reported by "Caucasian Knot", in mid-July, Vladimir Vladimirov instructed Stavropol officials to use official transport less. According to him, this would free up about 3000 tons of fuel for the commercial market each month.

The Governor of Stavropol Krai, Vladimir Vladimirov, instructed government bodies and subordinate institutions to reduce trips in official transport to save fuel. He announced this today on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the fuel situation in the region remains tense. Negotiations are underway with the leadership of federal fuel companies to increase fuel supplies to Stavropol.

"I ask everyone to show awareness and minimize trips. We need to start saving from ourselves. I am not yet forcing the cars to be parked, but I urge to increase the number of people that one car can transport, because the situation will not improve," Vladimirov said in particular.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that on July 29, the authorities of Stavropol stated that the demand for AI-95, AI-92, and diesel fuel has returned to normal levels and is about 2,500 tons per day.
