Other Tuapse residents, commenting on his post, criticized both the vacationers who leave trash and the officials for poor waste management.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on August 12, one of the residents of Tuapse complained about the accumulation of trash at the Central Beach, noting that the waste has not been removed for about two weeks. Other citizens then urged officials to organize a cleanup of the beach.

Some commentators placed the blame for the accumulation of waste on the vacationers themselves. "They come to the sea to eat and litter, not to swim," wrote user Viral Meme.

A garbage truck removed waste from some bins, but the nearby piles of trash remained in place, reported Evgeniy W. "Today, the garbage truck emptied the bins in front of the lifeguards, left them upside down, and drove away.
