The Aksai District Court will consider the case of developers Andrey Nazarov and Tatyana Ruf for the fifth time, accused of defrauding 360 shareholders.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", the criminal case against the former head of the construction company "Sigma" Andrey Nazarov and his sister Tatyana Ruf, accused of defrauding 360 shareholders, was submitted to the court in 2019. The damage caused to the shareholders in the Rostov region is estimated at 640 million rubles. However, in 2020, the Aksai District Court returned the case to the prosecutor's office, a decision that was upheld by the Rostov Regional Court.

The materials of the case against the co-founders of the company "Sigma" Andrey Nazarov and Tatyana Ruf have been submitted to the Aksai District Court for the fifth time, writes "Bloknot-Rostov" on August 10.

After the materials of their case were returned to the prosecutor's office in 2020, a second trial began in the spring of 2021, but the district court again returned the case to the prosecutor. However, this decision was overturned in higher instances. In the summer of 2022, a third trial began, and the court again decided to return the case to the prosecutor, a decision that was again overturned by higher courts. In 2025, Nazarov was sentenced to six and a half years in prison, and Ruf to six years. The Rostov Regional Court overturned the sentences and declared both innocent. The Fourth Cassation Court returned the case for a new hearing in the regional court. In July of this year, the Rostov Regional Court reviewed the case and sent it for a new hearing in the Aksai District Court.
