A resident of Krasnodar complained about being denied access to the bomb shelter.

In a video address to the head of the Investigative Committee, a mother of four children complained that during the siren she was unable to get to the shelter with them on Simirenko Street in Krasnodar.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", Krasnodar Krai is regularly subjected to drone attacks. Today, drone debris fell on two enterprises in Novorossiysk and a private house in the village of Verkhnebakan. On August 8, during an attack on the Ilysky Oil Refinery (NPP), six people were injured. On August 5, drone debris damaged a house in the village of Supsekh in Anapa.

A resident of Krasnodar recorded a video address to the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, in which she stated that on August 8 at about 11:45 AM Moscow time, when the siren sounded, she ran with her four children to the shelter located on Simirenko Street, but it was closed.

The video address of the resident of Krasnodar was published today by the Telegram channel "Krasnodar Teletype".

According to the woman, her youngest child is four months old, another is three years old, and two are eight years old. After addressing the security, she learned that children were prohibited from entering the shelter without parents by the order of the management company. The resident of Krasnodar explained that her older children often play in the yard without her, so it is important for her to know how to instruct them in case of a siren.

According to the woman, on July 24 at 6:31 PM Moscow time, the same security guard did not let the children into the shelter when the siren sounded.

The resident of Krasnodar asked Bastrykin to determine who is responsible for the safety of residents, why the shelter was closed during the siren, and who ordered that children be denied entry without parents.

"I ask for an investigation into the statements that I officially filed and provided to law enforcement agencies," she said in the video address.

The necessity of a public address was explained by the resident of Krasnodar as psychological pressure from the management company. According to her, property owners are intimidated with criminal cases for complaints about the company's inaction, and their legitimate demands are ignored.
