The Investigative Committee reported on the case against two leaders of Tsarukyan's enterprise.

The former general director of the Multi Group concern, owned by the arrested leader of the "Prosperous Armenia" party, Gagik Tsarukyan, Sedrak Arustamyan, has been detained in a case of embezzlement and money laundering. The director of the center, Arthur Dallakyan, has also been detained.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on July 7, the court arrested the leader of the opposition party "Prosperous Armenia", billionaire Gagik Tsarukyan, for two months, accused of fraud and tax evasion. The defense stated that there are documents proving that Tsarukyan is a victim in this case and appealed against his arrest. On July 24, law enforcement detained Arman Davtyan, the director of the "Ararat" plant owned by Tsarukyan, on charges of tax evasion. On July 25, a criminal case was initiated against Tsarukyan for tax evasion by the "Ararat" plant. Earlier, a public criminal case was initiated against the director of the "Multi Avtotrans" company, Arthur Dallakyan, for large-scale tax evasion; he has been placed under house arrest.

According to the agency, the director Arthur Dallakyan has also been detained. He is charged with aiding large-scale fraud and money laundering, writes Armenia Today.

The Multi Wellness Center, part of Tsarukyan's holding, has filed a lawsuit against the Yerevan city hall

The Multi Wellness Center is contesting the decision of the Yerevan city hall in court, which deprived the company of its construction rights a few days ago, and the plot was transferred to the community. According to the DataLex judicial system, a representative of Multi Wellness is asking to invalidate the transaction from June 8, in which the capital's mayor unilaterally terminated the contract with the arrested businessman, leader of the PPA Gagik Tsarukyan. In addition, Tsarukyan's lawyer is demanding the annulment of the Cadastre's decision from July 14 of this year: at that time, the construction rights of Multi Wellness were revoked, and the property was fully registered in the ownership of Yerevan, reports Yerevan.Today.

Tsarukyan's party "Prosperous Armenia", along with other opposition political parties, previously issued a statement about the illegitimacy of the authorities and plans to seek their removal.
