After an unintentional border violation, Georgian citizen Merabi Gabadze was expelled from South Ossetia.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", in early April, the KGB of South Ossetia reported on the expulsion of Zurab Gachechiladze from the republic, who was accused of violating the border.
