A seven-year-old girl was injured in Sochi due to falling debris from a drone.

According to authorities, today in Sochi a seven-year-old girl was injured as a result of falling drone debris. She was hospitalized, and her life is not in danger.

"Fragments of the drone fell on the territory of a temple in the central district of Sochi," the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar region clarified today in their Telegram channel.

From other reports of the operational headquarters, it follows that today an alarm was declared in the city due to the threat of drone attacks.

The girl sustained a minor injury, clarified Sochi Mayor Andrey Proshunin.

"It grazed her leg. The girl is receiving all necessary medical assistance. Everything happened on the territory of the temple in the Central district, where special and operational services are working. In the Khosta district, damage to a parked car was recorded; fortunately, there were no people in it," Proshunin wrote today in his Telegram channel.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that today in the Milyutinsky district of the Rostov region, as a result of falling drone debris, a forest caught fire.
