Social media users were surprised by the amount of compensation paid after the drone attack in Krasnodar.

The Krasnodar administration announced a compensation amount of just over 15,000 rubles for residents of a building damaged in a drone attack. Social media users considered this amount to be derisory.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," on the night of June 10-11, two apartments in a multi-story building in Krasnodar caught fire during a drone attack, injuring two residents. Another person was injured in the Seversky district of the Krai. Also, during the attack in the Seversky district of Kuban, a fire broke out at an oil refinery in the village of Afipsky.

In Krasnodar, cleanup efforts continue following the drone attack on the night of June 10-11. Residents of the damaged building were informed of the progress of further work at a meeting chaired by Elena Malova, head of the Central District administration, the city administration reported today on its Telegram channel.

According to the administration, windows in most of the damaged apartments have been measured for replacement. Production is underway. Residents of the building were informed that new windows will be installed gradually, as they are manufactured. Repairs will also be carried out in the three apartments most damaged by the drone attack.

"By decision of Mayor Yevgeny Naumov, residents of the damaged building will be paid compensation in the amount of 15,675 rubles (upon confirmed damage to the apartment). To receive it, you must submit an application, provide bank account information, and confirm your residence in the apartment in the damaged building. An application must be submitted by each resident," the statement reads.

The administration's statement on the amount of payments to victims was published by the Telegram channel "Krasnodar | Teletype", which has over 127,000 subscribers. By 7:00 PM Moscow time, the post had garnered over 4,000 views and 29 comments.

"I wonder how to repair this damage for 15,000?" asked user Tanya.

In In September 2025, the Krasnodar Krai banned the dissemination of information about drone attacks and their consequences, as well as the filming of air defense systems, military installations, and critical infrastructure. In December 2025, Kuban authorities introduced fines for filming aerial attacks and air defense systems.
