The Russian Supreme Court has filed an anti-corruption lawsuit against a judge from Karachay-Cherkessia.

Materials have been sent to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation for filing an anti-corruption lawsuit against Albina Adzinova, a judge of the Supreme Court of Karachay-Cherkessia.

According to the press service of the Supreme Court of Russia, the basis for sending the materials to the prosecutor's office was the discovery of assets belonging to the judge and members of her family that do not correspond to their declared income, the portal Pravo.ru reported on May 25.

Adzinova served as a judge of the Khabezsky District Court of Karachay-Cherkessia from 2006 to 2011, then transferred to the Supreme Court of the republic, where He is currently the Chairman of the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases. Between 2016 and 2025, Adzinova's relatives registered ownership of ten luxury cars, five residential buildings with a total area of ​​over 1,000 square meters, nine apartments with a total area of ​​over 750 square meters, including in Moscow, five non-residential premises with a total area of ​​almost 363 square meters, and ten land plots in Karachay-Cherkessia with an area of ​​over 90,000 square meters, Kommersant writes.

The total value of the property is estimated at 130 million rubles, while the judge's family's combined income over the ten years is significantly lower.
