Kadyrov censors Putin's address regarding Judaists

While quoting President Putin's address to the Federal Assembly in his Telegram channel, Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, has censored the fragment, in which the Russian President mentioned in a positive way the militaries from among the followers of Judaism.

In his address to the Federal Assembly, Vladimir Putin listed several religions whose adherents are part of the Russian people. The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, while quoting Putin's words, removed the mention of Judaists among the soldiers who "fight for a common homeland," the project "Freedom is around the corner" has noted in its Telegram channel.

"Our soldiers and officers – Christians and Muslims, Buddhists and Judaists, members of different ethnic groups, cultures and regions ... have proved that the centuries-old cohesion and unity of Russia's nations is a colossal, all-conquering force. All together ... they are fighting for one Motherland," Putin has stated in his speech, according to the Kremlin website.

Kadyrov has cited this fragment by removing the mention of Judaists.

In Kadyrov's Telegram channel, the word "Judaists" has been mentioned only once since May 2017, judging by the search, namely, on November 10, 2023, when Kadyrov asked Allah to call for speedy retribution on "Zionist Judaists who are killing peaceful Muslims of Palestine."

Since the aggravation of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, Kadyrov is regularly placing posts about the situation in the Gaza Strip, speaking out in support of residents of Palestine, and speaks of the need to call the "oppressors of Muslims" to account.
