Wife of mobilized Volgograd resident wants to return her husband back home from SMO zone

In Volgograd, a court started a re-trial on a claim filed by Alexandra Stepanischeva, a wife of mobilized Anton Stepanischev. According to the woman’s claim, her husband suffers from serious diseases and has not been subjected to a medical examination during conscription or a military medical commission.

Alexandra Stepanischeva’s husband is 35 years old, and the family takes care of two minor children. The husband worked for the “Gazprom, but the company did not provide him with a determent from service in the special military operation (SMO).

According to the woman’s claim, her husband suffers from diseases of his musculoskeletal system, and before mobilization he survived an attack by hooligans and got a brain concussion. “With such diseases, Anton may not join the army ... He says that the diseases cause him great suffering,” complained Alexandra Stepanischeva.

In March, the woman filed a lawsuit to the Voroshilovsky District Court of Volgograd and lost the case. She filed an appeal to the Volgograd Regional Court and won the case there. In August, a panel of judges ordered the Voroshilovsky District Court to reconsider the lawsuit.
