According to the prosecution, in 2014, in Dagestan, Abdulmuminov organized a religious association, knowing for certain from mass media that it had been banned by the decision of the Russian Supreme Court back in 2010.

The court has concluded that until November 18, 2020, Abdulmuminov organized meetings of the organization, promoted its ideas and recruited new members, until his activities were stopped by law enforcement bodies, the court website has stated.

According to the "Makhachkala Izvestiya" outlet, Abdulmuminov was sentenced to 1.8 years in colony.
