Woman from Vladikavkaz suspected of discrediting the army

Law enforcers have drawn up an administrative protocol under the article on discrediting Russian militaries against Zhanna Kabanova, a resident of Vladikavkaz.

The protocol was sent to the Leninsky District Court of the city, the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project informs.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on December 1, a Vladikavkaz court fined Ruslan Totrov, a journalist, by 50,000 roubles, finding him guilty of discrediting Russian militaries. A similar decision was made under a different protocol against Ruslan on November 14. In total, three protocols have been drawn up against Totrov in a row, which he linked with his professional activities; he intends to appeal against these judgements.
