Starting from March 24, the quarantine regime has been operating in Azerbaijan.

By April 13, about 257 residents of Azerbaijan still stay in the Magaramkent District of Dagestan. They cannot leave the country because of the closure of the border on the Azerbaijani side, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has been informed at the press service of the Magaramkent District's administration today.

"The people who came to our place to cross the border simply stayed on our side. They were to be accommodated somewhere. The self-isolation regime is imposed in the Magaramkent District, and free movement is prohibited. Moreover, all catering points are closed. Therefore, the head of the Magaramkent District undertook to provide the residents of Azerbaijan with temporary shelters and hot meals," reported a press officer of the Magaramkent District. The official has also added that food is delivered to Azerbaijanis every day.
