In Stavropol Territory, no one fell victim to armed conflict in Q2 2019

In April, May and June, in the Stavropol Territory, nobody fell victim to the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus. These are the data of the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from open sources.

In Quarter 1 of 2019, there were at least two victims of the armed conflict in the Stavropol Territory.

The provided statistics cannot reflect the number of victims with the 100 percent accuracy. Not all information is included in the news reports. It is not always possible to check the reliability of the statements voiced by the law enforcement bodies. Besides, new facts about the events of the reporting period become often known after the statistics had been already published on the "Caucasian Knot".

In 2018, at least six persons fell victim to the ongoing armed conflict. Four of them were killed, two persons were wounded. According to the law enforcement bodies, all the killed suspects were involved in the activities of illegal armed formations (IAFs), while the wounded persons included law enforcers.
