    Blogger Alexander Lapshin and his mother flew to Israel. This has been reported today by a source from the Baku airport.

    The "Caucasian Knot" that on September 11, the President of Azerbaijan signed a resolution to pardon Alexander Lapshin, sentenced on July 20 to three years of imprisonment on the charge of illegally crossing the country's border.
