Family members of Ramazan Kamilbegov, a resident of the village of Gimry killed in 2015, have complained about an unreasonable detention of his brother and sister. The family members are afraid of fabrication of criminal cases against the detainees.

According to the advocate, at the police station, they demanded from Gazimagomed Kamilbegov "to defame himself and confess storing weapons." On August 4, the man was released; however, he was again brought to the police station on August 6. The man is still being kept there, without any explanations of the reasons.

According to the family members of Gazimagomed Kamilbegov, he is a brother of Ramazan Kamilbegov, who was killed by law enforcers in 2015. Besides, a 24-year-old sister of Gazimagomed Kamilbegov was also detained, and she is threatened with criminal proceedings for aiding and abetting militants.
