Local killed in Urus-Martan district of Chechnya

A young man between the ages of 28 and 30 was killed by Russian servicemen in the Urus-Martan district of Chechnya on April 15. As reported by locals, law enforcers in masks tried to illegally detain the man, but he put up armed resistance. The young man was badly wounded in the short skirmish and reportedly died on the way to a hospital.
