Discussion club in Stepanakert to meet for second time

The discussion club that has been founded in Nagorny Karabakh recently is going to hold its second meeting on December 18. The theme will be "Democracy: Problems and Outlook". To remind, at the first meeting, participants discussed the problem of the Karabakh settlement. They declared that the Karabakh party should unconditionally be a participant in the negotiations and that a format of these negotiations had an effect on how the international community interpreted the core of the problem. That discussion has produced a certain reaction in Karabakh and Armenia. Representatives of all political forces and movements are invited to express their opinion within the discussion club.
