"Terek" will not work with Spanish coach Munyos

The Football Club "Terek" (Chechnya) has decided to refuse to cooperate with the Spanish coach Victor Munyos; Isa Baitiev was appointed as the head coach of the "Terek" FC.

Mr Munyos headed the team in December 2010. It was planned to sign the final contract with him at negotiations during the first training session in Turkey. However, the club officials and Victor Munyos failed to agree.

'The Grozny club is thankful to Victor Munyos and his coaching staff for their participation in the talks and for the work they did," the RIA "Novosti" quotes the statement of the "Terek" FC.

Victor Munyos started his career of a coach in 1995. He worked in such Spanish club like "Mallorca", "Villarreal", "Real" from Zaragoza and "Getafe". In 2004, with "Real" from Zaragoza he won the Spanish Cup and Super Cup. In the season of 2006/07 Munyos coached the Greek "Panathinaikos", the "Sportkom" writes.
