Teachers from Grozny participated in seminar on civil education in Kamensk-Shakhtinsk

A seminar for teachers within the program "Active Methods of Teaching" took place in Kamensk-Shakhtinsk, the Rostov region, on November 8-11.

This is a joint program of the "Fakel" teem of Rostov-on-Don's Center of Civil and Legal Education and the Polish Education for Democracy Foundation.

About a hundred of such seminars have already been held in the region. But this one differed from the others as teachers from Grozny, who experience information shortage in the field of civil education, were invited to be participants in it. Raisa Khazhmerzayeva, Malkan Imayeva and Zukhra Bekmurzayeva were those teachers. The latter represented the Chechen governmental committee for youth policy. The seminar started close contacts between Chechen and Don teachers. Many ideas of joint projects in the field of legal education and enlightenment of pupils occurred.
