Two kindergartens remain closed in Tuapse after a drone attack.

Starting today, schools in Tuapse, which were closed after the drone attack, will reopen, however, two kindergartens will remain closed for the time being.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," classes for children in city schools and the special school were canceled starting April 28. Two kindergartens, No. 22 and No. 25, also operated without accepting children, while the remaining city kindergartens operated as on-call groups, with meals and naps provided for children.

Starting today, schools in Tuapse will resume normal operations after temporary restrictions imposed due to drone attacks, Utrenny Yug reported on May 3, citing the district administration's education department.

Most kindergartens in the city will continue to operate as usual, however, two previously closed institutions, No. 22 and No. 25, will remain closed for now.

Sixty residential buildings and three public facilities were damaged, and five private homes were completely destroyed. A fire also broke out at the seaport; it was extinguished on April 19. Residents of Tuapse reported that after the attack, "the entire sky was covered in smoke," and the smell of burning was felt throughout the city throughout the day.
