Water outages have begun in large villages within the Nalchik urban district due to reduced river clarity caused by rain.

In the area of ​​the cement plant, "due to unfavorable weather conditions," the Belaya Rechka village administration reported on its Telegram channel.

"Water supply restrictions are expected from 10:00 to 17:00 and 00:00 to 06:00. These measures will be in effect until weather conditions normalize," the statement said.
