The number of people evacuated from the Chechen village of Braguny has reached 645.

294 adults and 351 children were evacuated from the village of Braguny due to flooding, another 504 people were evacuated from Gudermes and the village of Dzhalka. The Ministry of Emergency Situations counted 1,817 houses and yards flooded in Chechnya as a result of the rains.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," on March 29, 548 people were evacuated from the village of Braguny, according to the Gudermes District Administration: 248 adults and 300 children. More than 740 houses in the district were flooded.
