In just a few hours, volunteers from "Network, Sieve, Shovel" sifted sand and collected 200 kilograms of fuel oil on the beach in Vityazevo.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot," the beach lessor in the village of Vityazevo has begun adding a new layer of sand from quarries to a test site. This restoration experience could later be expanded to other beaches in the emergency zone. Ecologist Yevgeny Vitishko believes that such actions simply conceal the problem, but do not solve it. Representatives from Rospotrebnadzor took samples from Miracleon Beach in Vityazevo, which is being refilled with new sand, including samples of the imported sand itself. Telegram users emphasized that the results of the investigations, as before, are unlikely to be made public. The latest government commission report does not contain specific data on the cleanup of the fuel oil spill and did not clarify the chances of reopening Anapa's beaches, social media users and commentators noted.

According to the video, at least four people were working on the beach, sifting sand through "easels." "Total results for the day: 3 hours of work, 400 square meters, and ~200 kg of filtered fuel oil," volunteers wrote on March 11. Today, they continued their work at the same location – near Selena Beach in Vityazevo. As can be seen from the video, "fine fraction" fuel oil was detected on the beach.

As a reminder, on April 18, 2025, Rospotrebnadzor declared 141 beaches in Anapa and nine beaches in the Temryuk district unsuitable for recreation.
