Payments to car owners for damage from drone attacks Introduced in Rostov Oblast

Rostov Oblast authorities have established a compensation payment procedure for car owners whose property was damaged as a result of drone attacks. The resolution provides for payments of up to 500,000 rubles per damaged vehicle and up to a million rubles per destroyed vehicle.

Last night, air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 13 Ukrainian drones, including four in Rostov Oblast and two in Adygea, the Ministry of Defense reported on its Telegram channel.

According to the publication, two more drones were destroyed over the Black Sea. The rest were shot down in Crimea, the Kursk, and Voronezh regions.

Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slyusar and Adygea Governor Murat Kumpilov, as of 8:55 a.m. Moscow time, had not reported on the overnight attack or its consequences on their Telegram channels.

It should be noted that Adygea is an enclave region: its territory is surrounded on all sides by Krasnodar Krai. As of 8:55 a.m. Moscow time, the Krasnodar Krai task force also had not reported any drones in the skies over Kuban on its Telegram channel.
