Fines for disseminating information about drone attacks have been introduced in Kuban.

The Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Krai has introduced fines for publishing drone attacks and the operation of air defense systems.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot", in September, a ban was introduced in Krasnodar Krai on the dissemination of information about drone attacks and their consequences; filming of air defense operations, military facilities, and critical infrastructure is prohibited.

At the 72nd extraordinary session of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Krai, which was held on December 19, amendments were adopted to the regional law "On Administrative Offenses", which introduce fines for filming drones and the operation of systems. Kuban 24 reports that air defense forces are subject to administrative penalties for disseminating information (photographs, videos, geographic coordinates, etc.) that could allow the location of weapons, equipment, and temporary deployment points of Russian military units, or for assessing the consequences of a terrorist attack, sabotage, or other emergency in Kuban. Violating the ban now carries fines: from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles for individuals, from 10,000 to 30,000 rubles for officials, and from 50,000 to 100,000 rubles for legal entities. For repeat violations, fines increase: for individuals - five thousand rubles, for officials - from 30 to 50 thousand rubles, and for legal entities - from 100 to 300 thousand rubles.
