Hunger strikers outside the Georgian parliament failed to secure ambulance duty.

The condition of protesters outside the Georgian Parliament has worsened, forcing them to regularly call for ambulances. The protesters, who have been protesting for 26 days, have not been provided with an ambulance.

As reported by the Caucasian Knot, on November 19, protester Isako Devidze joined a hunger strike outside the Georgian Parliament. Nine people are participating in the hunger strike. On the 23rd day of the hunger strike, two of them reported worsening health. On the 25th day, hunger strikers called on those who disagree with the Georgian Dream's policies to join the protests, including a rally on November 28, the anniversary of the start of daily protests outside the Georgian Parliament.

The condition of the hunger strikers outside the Georgian Parliament, some of whom have been continuing the protest since the first day, has worsened. They have experienced significant weight loss and deteriorating health indicators, TV Pirveli reports.

Moreover, there is still no ambulance on duty at the site of the protest to assist the hunger strikers. They are forced to call an ambulance themselves, which then conducts an examination of their condition.

Despite their worsening condition, the protesters do not intend to end the protest. Their two main demands remain unchanged: holding new elections and releasing all prisoners of conscience.

"Of course, the 26th day has already affected everyone's health. With this action, we are creating an argument, a message: if it's possible to fast for 26 days on Rustaveli Avenue, then there's nothing wrong with going out to Rustaveli Avenue, even if it's just for a few hours every day. There should be a lot of us on November 28," says Gedevan Popkhadze.

On November 28, pro-European forces will once again gather on Rustaveli Avenue. The rally coincides with the anniversary of the start of continuous citizen protests against Bidzina Ivanishvili's government. Organizers say this day will serve as a reminder to the government that a society committed to Western values will not forgive betrayal, Tabula TV reports.

As a reminder, Daredzhan Tskhvitaria, Gedevan Popkhadze, Kakha Eloshvili, and Vakhtang Machavariani have been on hunger strike since October 28. Four more protesters—Keso Dekanosidze, Tamaz Machavariani, Davit Chelidze, and Irakli Gogouadze—joined the protest later. Isako Devidze joined them on November 19.
