Windows in apartments at 42 51st Guards Division Street were damaged. Buildings at 12 Vostochno-Kazakhstanskaya Street, 4a Nikolaya Otrady Street, and 1 Kropotkin Street were also attacked. A fire broke out at the latter address, and firefighters are extinguishing it.

According to Bocharov, there are three injured people; they are receiving medical care; there is no life-threatening situation.

Temporary accommodation points have been set up at School No. 51 and Lyceum No. 7 "to ensure the safety of residents while the bomb disposal team works."
