The number of fighters from southern Russia killed in Ukraine has exceeded 7,950.

Authorities and security forces have officially named at least 3,943 fighters from the North Caucasus Federal District and 4,008 from the Southern Federal District killed in the military operation in Ukraine.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," by November 3, government and security officials had officially acknowledged at least 7,850 fighters from southern Russia killed in the military operation: at least 3,904 from the North Caucasus Federal District and 3,953 from the Southern Federal District.

According to the "Caucasian Knot," by November 14, government and security officials had officially recognized at least 7,950 fighters from southern Russia as killed in the military operation: 3,943 from the North Caucasus Federal District and 4,008 from the Southern Federal District.

Dagestan continues to bear the brunt of the death toll—1,664. The deaths of 835 fighters from Stavropol Krai, 512 from North Ossetia, 329 from Kabardino-Balkaria, and 251 from Chechnya have also been confirmed. id="#wk_ft2" contenteditable="false"> 2 , 176 - from Karachay-Cherkessia and the same number from Ingushetia.

North Caucasus Military Operations Statistics: Casualties Mounting in Southern Russia

Since the beginning of the North Caucasus Military Operations, authorities and security forces have reported deaths in the territories and regions of southern Russia, as well as in the republics of the North Caucasus. It should be noted that actual losses among North Caucasus security forces may be significantly higher than officially acknowledged. This situation is typical for all regions of the North Caucasus Federal District, but is particularly acute for Chechnya.
