The number of casualties in the attack on Novorossiysk has risen to four.

In addition to the city resident, three crew members of the civilian aircraft were injured. Novorossiysk authorities announced the drone threat had been cancelled, and operations at the Gelendzhik and Krasnodar airports have resumed.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," a Novorossiysk resident was hospitalized during the drone attack, injured by shards of broken window glass. Three apartment buildings, as well as an oil depot at the Sheskharis transshipment complex, were damaged.

UAV debris damaged at least four apartment buildings and two private homes in Novorossiysk. One man was injured and hospitalized. The surrounding areas of several residential buildings were also damaged. Drone fragments struck the Sheskharis oil depot, a container terminal, onshore facilities, and a civilian vessel in the port, where three crew members were injured, Krasnodar Krai Governor Veniamin Kondratyev announced today.

According to him, more than 170 people and 50 pieces of equipment dealt with the aftermath of the attack, quickly extinguished fires, and assisted residents.

In Novorossiysk, debris from a downed drone fell on the NUTEP container terminal (part of the Delo Group), the group reported on its Telegram channel. The facility is operating normally. Specialists are on site cleaning up the debris.

At 8:42 Moscow time, Rosaviatsiya representative Maxim Korenyako announced on his Telegram channel that additional restrictions on the operation of the Krasnodar and Gelendzhik airports had been lifted.

Novorossiysk Mayor Andrei Kravchenko announced on his Telegram channel at 9:06 Moscow time that the drone alert had been lifted.

Caucasian Knot also reported that on September 24, two people were killed and 14 more were injured following a drone and unmanned boat attack on Novorossiysk and Tuapse. In Novorossiysk, nine of the 12 injured were hospitalized, and three more received outpatient care. In Tuapse, two people were hospitalized in moderate condition, one of them a minor.
