A drone threat has been declared in four regions of southern Russia.

A drone attack alert was declared tonight in Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia, and Stavropol Krai.

A drone attack alert was declared in Dagestan, the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the region reported on its Telegram channel today at 2:11 AM Moscow time.

The agency urged residents of the republic to stay home and seek shelter in windowless, solid-walled buildings. Possible disruptions to mobile internet service were also reported.

Previously, Vladimir Vladimirov, Governor of Stavropol Krai, announced the threat of a drone attack on his Telegram channel. He urged people to monitor their communications.

A drone threat has also been declared in North Ossetia. Sergey Menyailo, the head of the republic, announced it on his Telegram channel. He urged calm, warned of possible slowdowns in mobile phone and internet service, and reminded everyone of the ban on publishing information, photos, and videos related to drones.

Kazbek Kokov, the head of Kabardino-Balkaria, also announced the threat of a drone attack on his Telegram channel. He called on residents of the republic to exercise caution, avoid the UAV crash sites, and avoid recording the air defense system's activity on photo or video devices. Kokov also noted the possibility of mobile internet slowdowns.
