According to the first ballot counts, the current governors are leading the elections in Krasnodar Krai and Rostov Oblast by a significant margin. Precinct commissions managed to count the ballots in less than half an hour, said Kondratyev's rival, the Communist Party candidate Alexander Safronov.

The candidate from the party "A Just Russia - Patriots - For Truth", deputy chairman of the regional legislative assembly committee on land and property relations Denis Khmelevskoy receives 3.77% of the votes, TASS reported today.

Acting Governor of the Rostov Region Yuri Slyusar (United Russia) is leading in the regional gubernatorial elections with 96.33% of the votes, according to the first data from the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation after processing 0.47% of the protocols. According to the online board in the CEC information center, the second place is occupied by the representative of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Yevgeny Bessonov - 1.24% of the votes, the third place is Denis Frash (LDPR) - 0.84%, RIA Novosti reports

Alexander Safronov called Kondratyev's victory "drawn" in his Telegram channel. He published the protocols of the precinct election commissions, which managed to count the votes in literally half an hour or less. "This is how the "victory" of Veniamin Kondratyev and pro-government candidates in Kuban is forged. Pay attention to the time it takes to fill out the protocols: in half an hour, the commissions already write out the final protocol. Polling station 3917 was counted in 13 minutes," he noted, emphasizing that counting votes is a complex and lengthy procedure.

He also reported that at Polling station No. 1007 in Goryachy Klyuch, observers are not allowed to record the counting procedure normally. They were forcibly seated in the far corner of the room, preventing video filming. It is simply impossible to see anything from such a distance.

An observer from polling station #2718 in the Kurganinsky district was removed from the polling station by force - police officers took him to the station for questioning, and the polling station was left without observation.

At polling station #6120 in Krasnodar, candidate Nadezhda Gurova calls on the commission (unsuccessfully) to comply with the vote counting rules, but the commission has set up headquarters in the next room and is counting from books and working with documents there, according to a video published by Safronov.
